Absolutely great hotel with nice facilities and friendly employees. The heated pool was a nice touch. Exceptionally good rooms with balconies overlooking the atrium where the bar is located.

The room was comfortable and beautiful, with a balcony, and the service was nice as we had expected, making this place an ideal and clean hotel to stay.

The hotel has welcoming staff members, including front desk agents, drivers, maintenance staff, and housekeepers. The location is marvelous, being relatively close to Ponder Park. The rooms come with a continental breakfast, a balcony overlooking the atrium where the bar is located, and a well-designed interior. The food served at the hotel is outstanding.

The room was modern and clean. I liked having satellite TV, AC/heat control, and a coffee maker. 📺

The room was wonderful, incredibly comfortable, and with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The management was great, as well as the staff. The location was marvelous, close to downtown. It was near all shopping centers and malls as well as food places.

Particularly good unit with the bar was as well as the balcony over the atrium where the bar was. Magnificent and favourable location, cool to have a night club there too. And near to electrical outlet near head of beds and all shopping centers and malls and El Paso the A / C working at top form.

The room was spotless and looked modern. They had a TV with satellite channels, AC/heating that you could adjust, and there was even a setup for making tea and coffee. ☕

The room here was really nice - loved the bathroom and the flat-screen TV with cable! Also, it had AC, coffee/tea makers. Plus, it's super handy being close to the airport, makes getting around a breeze. 🌟

Our room was spacious and fairly quiet, equipped with a balcony, and the bathroom was great too; the breakfast spread was fantastic with a good variety of options.

Everything was clean. OUTSTANDING food. Nice views. The double room was new-fashioned. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location of the hotel was great, near the airport.

The beds are super comfy 😌, you get satellite TV, climate control, and your own tea/coffee setup in the room. The breakfast is amazing and the views are lovely. The service is top-notch too – couldn't ask for more!

The staff at this hotel, from the front desk agents to the drivers, maintenance personnel, and housekeepers, were friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location was fantastic, within a short walking distance to all the places we wanted to visit. We enjoyed having lunch at the nearby Subway restaurant.
